Your First Visit- What happens?

Brief Paperwork

Upon entering the office, we have some brief paperwork for you to fill out. The paperwork provides us with general information about yourself and your condition.

Consultation

Once the paperwork has been completed, you will have a consultation with me and we will discuss your health-related problems, concerns, as well as potential treatment options.

History and Examination

In order to determine what your actual problem is, I will ask you various questions related to your condition.
It is amazing how many times we find other related problems in our patients once we begin to discuss their health problems.
Next, a number of specialized tests will be performed to determine which tissues are affected and to what extent. The first test we perform is called a Surface EMG test.
A Surface EMG measures the electrical impulses generated when a muscle contracts. It functions in the same manner as an EKG for your heart, but is even more sensitive. It helps us to find problems even faster, and helps us to see when a patient is improving. We perform these scans throughout the period of treatment for our patients, so we can watch the improvement.

X-ray Studies

Your specific condition may require us to take x-rays to either rule out more serious conditions or assist us in developing the most effective treatment plan for you. These are done the same day in our office, so there is no delay in starting your care!

Same Day Treatment

Patients come to our office for pain relief, not to be put off to another day. As soon as we have a good idea what is causing your pain, we get right to work to relieve it.

We have many forms of treatment to provide. We pride ourselves on the number of gentle approaches to relieve pain. One of the favorite programs with us and our patients is the PRO – ADJUSTER SYSTEM!!

Treatment with the Pro-Adjuster!!

We have one of the most sophisticated pieces of technology for evaluating and treating the spine available today. It is called the Pro-adjuster and has taken many years to create and develop.

The use of this quartz crystal is standard technology for this type of "echo response" treatment.

This system allows us to analyze the spine with gentle "vibrations" and mobilize the vertebrae with a gentle tapping.

This technology is used by engineers to test various
metal characteristics and by the Aerospace industry to test metal fatigue.

This Process Is So Gentle, Even Children Enjoy Being Treated.

In fact it is a favorite treatment for Elderly patients, Pregnant Women, Patients who are very sore and in a lot of pain.
